Day after day we engage in a very important relationship – the one that we have with ourselves. Letting Go...................... Life, in many ways is a process of learning to let go so that we can move on into the next stage of our development. We learn to let go of our childhood, our youth, schooldays, jobs, relationships and continually move and change to keep evolving and redefining the person we are today. Letting go is a fundamental key to change, growth and ultimately inner peace. Follow these three steps to letting go and living more! 1. Know the things you can change and those you can’t. Stop spending time trying to change something or someone that is beyond your power! 2. Accept yourself right now as you are! Life isn’t perfect and neither are we. Put away the "If only’s" and just allow yourself to be with the situation. 3. Let go of dwelling on what you don’t have.
