This summer - Become a Life Athlete!


I love my job as a Life Coach because it’s all about helping people to become the best that they can be for this incredible event called “life.” Essentially, it’s about becoming a life athlete! It’s about learning from what doesn’t work and adapting what you do and how you do it until you find what does! It’s about going beyond where you thought you could go, changing old patterns and unhelpful beliefs while keeping your sights set on living your life to the fullest and enjoying the adventure!

Get in the best shape for your life with these motivational coaching tips!


  1. What kind of life really suits you? What do you want? Write down which of your qualities need developing, which ones need managing and which need whittling away. What new habits need to be developed?

  2. Practice, Practice and Practice. Take every opportunity to get your new habits into place. Book them into your diary and tick them off when you have done them.

  3. Living your best life won’t happen if you are constantly tired, run down, over stressed, or eat a deficient diet. Health is everything and the fuel produced by great health is energy and vitality! So love your body and your life and get into your best shape possible!

  4. Choose to believe in you! Know what you want, believe you will achieve it and put in the steps necessary to make it happen!
